The ICBC educational program comprises of the following courses which in addition to the awarding of the Certified Banker title leads to the acquisition of the Bank Financial Management Certificate of the ABA.

Exceptions:
Exemption from attending courses is not permitted, except for individuals who hold an ABA professional certificate or an equivalent professional qualification (in which case, they are exempt from the first seven courses). The course "Ethical Issues for Bankers" may be granted as an exemption, provided that the candidate has previously completed it as part of the ABA professional certificate program.
