The seminar analyses the provisions of the Immovable Property and Mortgaged Law of 1965 and focuses on the recent amendments of the law with in reference to the relevant court decisions. The presentation is on PART VIA of the Law titled «Sale of Mortgaged Property by the Mortgagee» and includes among other the following:

• Analysis of the procedure that needs to be followed.
• The problems that arise in practice.
• Case Law.
